Patrick Shafe will be joined on stage by two leading USA publishers: Gillian Shasby, Chief Publications Officer of the Journal of Neurosurgery Publishing Group, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, and Jennifer Gilbreath, Director of Books Editorial at American Psychiatric Association Publishing. The panelists will discuss the key findings from Deanta's 2024 Trends in Academic Publishing Survey and examine how publishers are adopting technologies to support their push for independence.
