Do I have to be a SSP member to access the OnDemand Video Content Library?
You do not have to be an SSP member to access any part of the OnDemand library. Our open content is freely available and we welcome everyone to explore the library and purchase access to a video or video series. Members and employees of Organizational members are eligible for discounted registration.
How can I purchase access to a video or video series?
To purchase access to a video or a series of videos, please visit https://www.sspnet.org/events/ondemand to register. Content that is free to view without registration is denoted with an open icon. You must log in/create a profile to participate in all live chats.
How can I participate in a live chat with speakers?
Log in using your SSP username and password to participate in any live chat. Your username is your email address. If you don’t recall your password, please use the forgot password link. If you do not have an account, you can create one at https://customer.sspnet.org/ssp/c3/create-profile-ondemand. If you are unsure if you have an account already, please contact info@sspnet.org to avoid creating a duplicate account.
How do I create an account?

How often is new content added to the platform?
Each content series varies, but in most cases, new content is added to the platform each week. When you register for access, you’ll see the release date for each piece of content item and how many content items are in a series. To purchase access to a video or a series of videos or to see what content items are scheduled for a series, please visit https://www.sspnet.org/events/ondemand.
How long will I have access to the content?
If you’ve purchased access to a specific video or series of videos, you will have access to the content for 6 months from date of purchase. To ensure the library contains the most timely and relevant resources, content will be reviewed 12 months after publication date and may be retired to the SSP Library at that time. Sponsored open content, which is free to view, is available for 12 months from the date of original publication.
What browsers are supported by the OnDemand Library?
We recommend downloading the newest version of your preferred browser for the best experience. The OnDemand Library supports Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox.
How can I see what content items I have access to?
To see which content items you have access to, navigate to the Videos page and the select the “Subscribed” filter. This will display only content items you have purchased access to in the search results. Selecting the “Open Access” filter will include all content items that are free to view as well.
How do I access my favorites, lists, and clips?
You must be logged in to access these features. Click on Log In. Once you are logged in, click on your name (upper right of the page) and then then My Profile from the drop down menu. You can then access your favorites, lists, and clips from the respective tabs.
