With a strong commitment to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal of Quality Education, Jay is dedicated to expanding the reach of science and research, making it more engaging and accessible, particularly in the Global South. As the Head of Sales (Americas) at Cactus Global, Jay plays a vital role in making CACTUS's technology solutions accessible to publishers, societies, and research institutes in the region. He aims to drive impact, attract new clients, and ultimately contribute to the achievement of SDG 4 by ensuring quality education is accessible to all.

John Challice is the SVP of Business Development for Hum, which provides AI and data intelligence solutions for publishers. John’s 30-year career has been spent serving the publishing and not-for-profit sectors. He’s passionate about how data can improve your life, and he’s beyond excited to be helping publishers move more easily and quickly into leading-edge, next-gen technology. John grew up in western Canada and now lives with his two big dogs in the heart of New York City (don’t worry—he and they get plenty of exercise).

Ravi Venkataramani, is the Chief Executive Officer of Kriyadocs. Kriyadocs is an ecosystem for scholarly publishers that manages publishing workflows end-to-end, from submission to review to distribution. With an ethos of bringing agility into publishing, Kriyadocs provides a comprehensive publishing platform and services to a global clientele of leading academic, professional, and scholarly publishers. Ravi spearheads the company's growth strategy. A strong believer in the use of technology to enhance human potential, he has successfully fostered product incubation initiatives through collaborative partnerships with customers. Guided by Ravi's visionary leadership, coupled with his deep understanding of the publishing ecosystem, Kriyadocs endeavors to transform scholarly publishing by leveraging technology and innovation to build solutions that provide a fantastic experience for researchers throughout their publishing journey.

Yvonne Campfens holds a MSc Econometrics degree from University of Amsterdam, and has worked in academic publishing and related service sectors for almost 30 years (Elsevier, Swets Subscription Services, Bohn Stafleu van Loghum/Springer Media, Springer Nature). She was involved in collaborative and workflow solutions like ASA model licenses (1999), ALPSP Learned Journal Collection (2004) and TRANSFER Code of Practice (2009). In 2018, she started her own consultancy business, and has been involved with OA Switchboard since 2019. In 2020 she was appointed Executive Director of Stichting ('foundation') OA Switchboard.
