Alison is an experienced marketing professional with two decades of experience in the publishing industry, including 10 years marketing scholarly communications infrastructure solutions. Alison presently leads O'Connell Consulting, and her prior roles have included marketing leadership at HighWire, Atypon, Coko, and Aries, and content development and management at Wiley and Houghton Mifflin.
Alison is an active volunteer in industry initiatives including the CRediT Standing Committee in partnership with NISO.
