Bryan is the Sr. Editorial Operations Manager at the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). Bryan has been in scholarly publishing since 2008. A graduate of the Denver Publishing Institute, Bryan worked on journals at the Geological Society of America in Boulder, Colorado for 9 years. He took a few years off from publishing to found a craft coffee roasting company in Houston, Texas. Bryan joined SPE in 2020 to run SPE’s journal program. Bryan lives with his wife and two kids in Boise, Idaho. Along with being an insufferable coffee snob, he also enjoys gardening, piano, and martial arts.
