Elaine Tinkelman is a Senior Product Manager at the American Chemical Society, where she drives innovative digital learning strategies. With over three years of experience at ACS, she has been pivotal in transforming online educational offerings to better serve new customer bases and uncover new revenue streams. Previously, Elaine served as the Associate Director of Professional Education at the Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine (ALDM), where she managed accredited education and certification portfolios.
