Driven by innate curiosity and resolve to make a difference, Gwen focuses on bringing to life the experiences and needs of the researcher community – delivering insights that drive decisions to enhance the customer experience, create resonant communications, and spark product innovation. This attention to customer-centricity helps AIPP to empower and promote the success of physical sciences researchers around the globe.
Gwen has spent more than two decades conducting insights initiatives across a variety of sectors. She has particular expertise in primary research around brand and communications development, foresight, and product innovation. Gwen has led insights workstreams internally at The Walt Disney Company, Honda, and Comcast, as well as consulted for a wide array of organizations, including Microsoft, Duracell, Boeing, American Public Transportation Association, University of Nevada, and Boys & Girls Clubs. Gwen has been buoyed by her prior work on social initiatives focused on supporting children and education, such as youth anti-bullying, anti-underage drinking, school levy funding, youth mentorship, and legal aid.
Gwen graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and is grateful to have co-authored a chapter in a founding text in the field of positive psychology: Flourishing: Positive Psychology and the Life Well-Lived, published by the American Psychological Association.
