Parinay Malik is an abstract artist and a deaf professional at Fidelity Investments, where he is an Inclusive Design and Innovation Strategist and Inclusive Experience Lead. At Fidelity, he heads the Office of Internal Accessibility and the BELONG program, an inclusion initiative to create a diversity of ways for employees of all abilities to participate in work experience and to harness the power of inclusion to create compelling products and drive greater innovation. The BELONG program’s mission of “Sense of Belonging” encompasses a variety of programs and initiatives that leverage the power of inclusion, such as, BELONG Innovation, Internships, Hacks, and Ideas. Parinay holds a BSc in Business Management and Information Technology from RIT and recently graduated with an MBA from Babson College and MIT. As a sought-after speaker, he delivers keynote talks and workshops that facilitate awareness and education around topics including Inclusive Human-Centered Design, Innovation, and Disability.
