Shaina Lange (she/her) is the Managing Editor of ASN Kidney News at the American Society of Nephrology. She is an active member of the Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP) and is outgoing co-chair of SSP's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee. She brings a decade of experience in editorial and operational roles within scholarly journals and book publishing, including leading the publishing integrity and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts at ACS Publications, a division of the American Chemical Society. Shaina holds a Master's of Professional Studies in Publishing from the George Washington University and a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. She is based in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband Thomas and two dogs Nolan and Luna.
